I am a veteran of litigation
support consisting of 35 years in local, county, district and regional law
enforcement training and on hands experience. Although my expertise is pre and
post child custody and domestic issues I have proven qualifications in asset
recovery, criminal law issues for defense and prosecution and, in security
consultation in real and proprietary property.
My experience covers issues of intra and interstate and international civil,
business and criminal prospective and present litigation issues. I have also
coordinated and supervised investigations concerning copy right laws, judgment
recovery asset locations and acquisitions, internal / external asset loss and
recovery, locate and identify persons of interest within and outside of the United
States and cyber and cellular telephone related forensic investigations.
I am recognized by the Texas
Association of Licensed Investigators as a “Texas Certified Investigator” of
which there are only 48 out of over 4,000 licensed private investigators in the
State of Texas that have obtained this designation. I am the past Secretary of
the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators for seven years and the past education
director for the Texas Certified Investigators committee for three years.
I am a United States Army Viet
Nam Veteran that has lived, worked and created a successful company in the West
Texas oil rich region of the Permian Basin . I have instructed
college courses at Odessa Junior College for law enforcement, have instructed
courses for law enforcement at the West Texas Regional Law Enforcement Academy
and instructed and co instructed continued education courses for the private
investigation, law enforcement and Texas State Bar. As an ex law enforcement officer I hold an
Advanced and Instructors Certificate from the Texas Commission on Law
Enforcement Standards and Education.
I presently am founder, owner and
